Who we are
Let’s Study Book is developed by QuanSystem (Quantum System). For any privacy question, contact us at [email protected].
Data we collect
Account data: name, username, password (stored only as a secure hash), and optionally email, phone number, country, school level and grade.
Study data: the books you add, your answers, progress, streaks and reports.
Question Notebook: the photos you take and the notes, answers and labels you add.
Social and class data: friends, messages and shared questions, classes, announcements, homework and evaluations, and parent–child links.
Device and technical data: an installation identifier, app version, device model, operating system, language, the last IP address and error logs. We do not use the Android advertising ID for our own purposes.
Notification token: used only to send you push notifications.
How we use data
To provide the app: show your books and progress, keep your notebook, deliver messages and homework.
To keep accounts safe: sign-in protection, abuse prevention and password reset.
To fix problems and improve the app using error logs and aggregated usage.
To answer your support requests.
Advertising
The app is free and shows ads through Google AdMob. AdMob may use device identifiers and collect data to show and measure ads according to Google’s privacy policy. Where the law requires it, your consent is requested before personalised ads are shown.
Storage and security
Data is stored on secured servers. Photos are kept in private storage and are only served through the app to you and the people you share them with. Connections are encrypted (HTTPS).
Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. Data is shared only with service providers that help run the app (hosting, storage, notifications, advertising) and when required by law. Teachers see the work of students in their classes; linked parents see their child’s homework and evaluations.
Children
Let’s Study Book is an education app used by students of different ages. Where local law requires parental consent for younger children, it must be given by a parent or guardian. Parents can contact us at any time to review or delete their child’s data.
Your rights
You can access, correct and delete your data, and object to certain processing. You can delete your account in the app or on our account deletion page. Contact [email protected] for any request.
